Nothing in these Terms shall limit fun777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. Your statutory consumer rights as a Philippine resident are not affected by these Terms.

fun777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable promotional terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of time.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.
• Regulatory requirement or order from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination of an account for any reason other than verified fraud or regulatory prohibition, fun777 will return the verified real-money balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations, including unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses.
